What messages will I receive?

We only send messages related to your care — never marketing or promotions.

Message frequency varies based on your healthcare activity — typically 1–5 messages per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How do I sign up for notifications?

When you create your Orella Health account, you'll enter your phone number and see this disclosure before completing registration:

"By entering your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Orella Health, including a verification code, appointment confirmations, care plan alerts, and observation reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

You'll also agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before your account is created. Your phone number is then verified with a one-time code to make sure we're reaching the right person.

How do I stop receiving messages?

You're always in control. Reply STOP to any Orella Health message to unsubscribe immediately. You can also text CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. To re-subscribe, reply START. Need help? Reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@orellahealth.com.
